Our Beef
We raise Simmental beef. It is known for its lean cuts and great taste. By raising our own feed, we can control what does and does not go into the cattle. No chemicals, antibiotics, or hormones are ever added. These cattle graze on sweet grasses, quality hay, silage and feed ground fresh every 5-7 days.

We are also selling selest cuts of beef by the pound at the farm, and our farmer's markets when they are open in summer.
It will be USDA inspected beef packaged, vaccumed sealed, and fresh frozen processed by Smucker's Meats in Mount Joy, PA.
